退款政策

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our refund policy strictly covers returns for items that are damaged or have functional issues; unfortunately, it does not accommodate returns based on personal preferences or fit.

To initiate a return, please contact us at myanimelightbox@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days upon reception to myanimelightbox@gmail.com, no exceptions.


Refund and Cancellation

Please be advised that once an order is placed and shipped, we cannot offer a refund or cancel the order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

We do not accept Exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour, size, style. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us through myanimelightbox@gmail.com within 24 hours before the order is confirmed. Once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
